The Gentry County Court Calendar
The Gentry County court calendar is the schedule of settings inside Missouri's circuit-court system. It is not a standalone county website. Gentry County sits in the Circuit Court of the State of Missouri, 4th Judicial Circuit. The local court finder lists the Circuit Court, Associate Circuit Court, and municipal divisions. Those divisions use the Gentry County Courthouse. The official Gentry County court profile publishes contact information, hours, programs, rules, and municipal-division routing. It posts no live daily calendar.
Missouri Case.net is the statewide public layer. Its materials name Scheduled Hearings & Trials Search as the mode for settings. A case page there can also show Gentry County docket entries and case-header details. An older notice never guarantees a setting still stands. If dates conflict, call Circuit Clerk Janet Parsons. She is the local contact listed in the Gentry County elected-officials directory.
Note: The Gentry County court finder gives local routing. It is not a live daily list of scheduled Gentry County cases.
Gentry County Calendar Channels
Treat a Gentry County date search as a comparison. It is not a single click. The statewide result can point to a case and a scheduled hearing. The clerk can confirm which local court or division holds the matter. Remote document access can run thin. At the courthouse, a public terminal or a posted docket offers another way to check a Gentry County setting.
| Channel | Use for a Gentry County Date | Important Limit |
|---|---|---|
| Missouri Case.net | Search public cases and the confirmed Scheduled Hearings & Trials mode. | A dated docket entry may describe an older event rather than the next setting. |
| Gentry County Circuit Clerk | Confirm the local court, division, or unclear setting with the case number. | The clerk provides records and administrative routing, not legal advice or a judicial ruling. |
| Courthouse terminal or posting | Ask whether a public terminal, posted docket sheet, or courtroom calendar is available. | Public terminal access and remote document access are not identical. |
Albany, King City, and Stanberry all have municipal divisions. These run through the Gentry County courthouse structure. A ticket's city name does not create a separate city calendar. Before assuming where a municipal hearing will be held, check the official Missouri municipal-division directory. Each channel answers a different Gentry County calendar question.
How to Find Your Court Date
Search with the most specific Gentry County identifier you have. A full case number is usually the cleanest start. Without one, a party name plus an approximate filing period can narrow a Case.net search. Do not treat any date as final yet. Compare current results against the case header and the dated docket entries.
- Open Missouri Case.net and use Scheduled Hearings & Trials Search when the question is about an upcoming Gentry County setting. Use Case Number Search, Litigant Name Search, or Filing Date Search when that is the information available.
- Select the case number in a matching result. Read the Case Header and Docket Entry tab together, looking for the newest hearing, notice of setting, reset, or continuance.
- Call the Gentry County Circuit Clerk at 660-726-3618 when the result is unclear. The clerk's counter at 200 West Clay Street, Suite 101, Albany, is the in-person route for a public Gentry County record or setting question.
- Ask at the Gentry County courthouse whether a public terminal, courtroom posting, or docket sheet is available for the court and date. For an Albany, King City, or Stanberry matter, state the issuing city and citation or case number when asking for Gentry County routing.
- For a record that is not visible online, make a specific written request to the Gentry County court custodian under RSMo ยง610.023. A written request can seek a public docket entry or document, but it is not a substitute for prompt live-setting confirmation.
Missouri Courts eFiling handles authorized filing, not public calendar searching. It will not answer a Gentry County docket-date question. The official directory lists Circuit Clerk fax 660-726-4102. It shows no public mailing form or payment instructions, so verify with the clerk before sending payment or sensitive material. For advice on a date, deadline, or response, talk to a licensed attorney. The Circuit Clerk can point you to the right Gentry County record. The clerk can also explain what public access allows.
Gentry County Calendar Search Mode
Missouri Courts' public tracking material lists four Case.net search modes. They are Litigant Name Search, Filing Date Search, Case Number Search, and Scheduled Hearings & Trials Search. The last one is the direct Gentry County calendar starting point. Once a result opens, the official workflow says to select the Case Number. Then review the Gentry County Case Header. Finally, read the Gentry County Docket Entry tab.
The Missouri Courts public tracking guide also describes Track This Case for eligible public cases. Email alerts are convenient. The judiciary itself says a notification is not the official record, though. A current Gentry County calendar question still calls for the live case information and, when in doubt, clerk confirmation.
Note: Gentry County tracking email does not replace the current Case Header or Docket Entry tab. Use those tabs to confirm a court date.
Reading a Court Setting
A Gentry County court setting is an entry or result identifying a scheduled court event. Read it beside the case number, the court or division, and the newest dated docket entries. Case.net screens vary. The exact layout and field requirements can differ from result to result.
The fields here describe what to verify when a Gentry County result or court notice displays them. No single result promises every field. Missing or unclear time, courtroom, judge, or setting label? Contact the Gentry County Circuit Clerk with the case number in hand.
| Date | The scheduled calendar date. Compare it with later Gentry County docket entries for a reset or continuance. |
|---|---|
| Time | The time shown for the particular event. Do not substitute the circuit's general convening time for a case-specific time. |
| Courtroom | Verify the location if it appears. A courtroom field was not confirmed in the blocked live calendar view. |
| Judge | Confirm the listed judicial officer or court if shown. The exact result-field display was not captured. |
| Setting Type | Read the event label, such as hearing, trial, notice of setting, or docket call, in the case context. Exact Case.net labels remain unverified. |
Gentry County Court Calendar Terms
Gentry County calendar lines make more sense once you know the vocabulary. Missouri Courts labels parts of a record as a Case Header or a Docket Entry. A Gentry County setting might be a hearing. It might be a trial. Or it might be a docket call or a notice of setting. Those words point to different things. An old notice, for one, may not carry the current Gentry County date.
- Notice of Setting
- A docketed notice placing a hearing, trial, or other event on the court calendar.
- Hearing
- A scheduled court event that may address a motion, status, plea, or another matter.
- Docket Call
- A calendar event used to call and manage cases. Its exact Gentry County use should be confirmed with the clerk.
- Continuance or Reset
- A recorded move of a scheduled event to another date. Read the newest setting and confirm a conflict.
The terms also keep an entry date apart from a hearing date. Take a motion filed line. It can show up before any event. It still says nothing about whether the Gentry County court has ruled. Nor does it reveal when the next Gentry County setting falls.
Gentry County Circuit Calendar Terms
Gentry County runs three circuit terms. They operate under 4th Judicial Circuit Rule 2.2. The terms begin on the first day of March, July, and November. That is the structure of the Gentry County circuit calendar. It does not put every Gentry County case on day one of a term. It never replaces the date in a case record.
Rule 2.1 sets the Circuit Division at 9:00 a.m. That covers non-jury and jury matters. Again, that is structure rather than an appointment time for your case. For the framework, the 4th Judicial Circuit local rules are the published source. Case.net and the Circuit Clerk still give the setting for any one Gentry County case.
Gentry County Calendar Field Limits
Case.net offers a Scheduled Hearings & Trials search mode. It includes a Case Number result path. The exact live Gentry County calendar fields stay unclear. So do required filters, date-range limits, and result columns. The court posts no public Gentry County daily-docket or standalone calendar URL. Plan on the search mode and case number to reach calendar information.
Verified boundary. Use a Gentry County court, location, date, case number, case style, setting type, time, courtroom, or judge only as the live interface or the Circuit Clerk confirms it.
A blank field does not mean the event never happened. The current Gentry County view may simply hide it. The search may need a different mode. Or the Gentry County record may require a trip to the clerk or a public terminal. Note: Confirm any uncertain Gentry County calendar field with the live court interface or the Circuit Clerk. Rely on it only after that check.
Resets, Continuances, and Cancellations
A reset or continuance shifts a Gentry County event to another time. The change can surface as a later docket entry. It may also appear as a fresh notice of setting or a current scheduled-hearing result. Read the dates in order. The newest Gentry County entry that addresses the event is the one that counts. An older hearing notice can still linger. That can happen even after the court moves the schedule.
Never assume a cancellation from a missing result. Put the Case Header beside the current scheduled-hearing information. Add the dated Gentry County docket entries too. When entries conflict, the Gentry County Circuit Clerk can name the local division. The clerk can also steer a scheduling question to the right office. Granting a continuance, though, is the court's call, not the clerk's.
Gentry County Calendar Conflicts
After a case changes, a Gentry County notice and a live setting can disagree. Save the case number first. Save both conflicting dates too. Then work through the Gentry County Case Header, the Scheduled Hearings & Trials result, and the Docket Entry tab in order. A reset or continuance entry often explains the gap. Still, do not guess the date from wording alone.
Call 660-726-3618 with the Gentry County case number and the date on screen. For an Albany, King City, or Stanberry citation, name the issuing city as well. If a document is not hyperlinked, ask the clerk. Ask whether it is restricted or just unavailable to a remote viewer. The Missouri Courts File Viewer Help has a clear point. A plain docket entry does not necessarily mean no document exists.
Gentry County Municipal Settings
Municipal date questions in Gentry County take one extra routing step. Missouri Courts lists Albany, King City, and Stanberry municipal divisions as sitting at the Gentry County Courthouse. Contact the Gentry County Circuit Clerk about a citation. Bring the citation number, the case number if you have it, and the issuing city. Treat a city payment page or general city calendar as payment information only. It is not a Gentry County docket search.
The courthouse is also where to ask about municipal division access, public-terminal availability, and posted calendars. The county's courts and judicial page points visitors toward Missouri court resources. The Circuit Clerk, meanwhile, handles local records and routing. Note: Route a Gentry County municipal citation by its issuing city and case identifier. Never use a general payment page.
What To Do If You Miss a Setting
Act fast after missing a Gentry County setting. Keep the case number, the missed date, and any notice or docket printout close. Search Case.net for a newer Gentry County entry. Then phone the Circuit Clerk to confirm the court, division, and current status. A passed date alone tells you nothing. The matter was not necessarily dismissed, cancelled, or put back on the Gentry County calendar by itself.
Missed a Setting? Confirm the current Gentry County status right away, since the consequence of any particular missed setting depends on the case.
Call the Circuit Clerk at 660-726-3618 with the Gentry County case number and ask which public docket information or local scheduling contact applies.
Seek advice from a licensed attorney about a missed Gentry County setting and any action that a court may require.
Gentry County Calendar Timing
Gentry County calendar checks run into two limits. One is time, the other is records. Case.net goes dark for maintenance from 1:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. Central time on weekdays, according to the Missouri Courts tracking guide. The eFiling FAQ adds that planned maintenance gets posted ahead of time. Those schedules can shift. Read the current court notice whenever the portal will not load.
Neither Case.net tracking email nor Missouri eFiling stands in for the official Gentry County calendar. Both are useful, but neither is the record itself. The courthouse public terminal still gives free access. It covers statewide electronic cases and their documents. A case number, a status, or a docket entry can stay unclear online. Try the Gentry County case search information first. Then confirm what you find with the Circuit Clerk.
